1.Sales&Display Terms of the LAB Products
Laboratuvar Studio works with the companies and customers all over the world.
All the products we have designed are exhibited within the design shops under the name of LABORATUVAR STUDIO. Using the images of the design products in any publication sources (web sites, social pages etc.) must be done with the name of Laboratuvar Studio name as the designer. The dealer is responsible for informing LAB before the publishment.
Laboratuvar Studio is not responsible for the wrong briefing in the product publications, all the qualifications of the products must be requested from the Laboratuvar Studio directly.
2.Shipping Terms and Companies
Laboratuvar Studio is shipping worldwide.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
Shipping Companies We Work With are;
-PTT (Turkish Postal Service, a member of IPS (international postal systems) among 0-30 kg. And up to 1,00 mt.(one side length)
delivery times are longer than private companies, but it has more affordable prices.
-DHL for the urgent deliveries.
3.Packaging Standarts and Specifications
For the sensitive and fragile products we make the wooden chest.
Before the placement in the wooden chest every product is wrapped with stretch film and bubble nylon. And with the additional pieces we make sure the item is not moveable in the chest.
For the other items we make the cardboard boxes ourselves; also with using stretch films and additional pieces.
4.Dispatch
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and takes 48 hours period,
in which your items will be packaged and dispatched by our warehouse.
A confirmation e-mail of your purchased products will be sent to you.
In the absence of any of the products available in your choice, in our stock you will be sent an e-mail on the subject.You must wait 5-21 days for shipment and the exact production time will be written in the mail you will be sent.
You can get your order in a couple of days, sometimes longer depending on the order sizes, weights and destinations.
Upon shipment we will get an order tracking number, and you will also emailed this number.
If you have any questions at all, email us any time.
5.Return and Exchanges
Laboratuvar Studio has an 14 days return and exchange period; after you have received your order. But you must always take a look at our chart before you finalize your order.
6.Refused Shipments
If you refuse a shipment from Laboratuvar Studio; you are responsible for the original shipping charges and
any import fees that are incurred on the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
7.Customs/Taxes/Duties/Tariffs
We are not responsible for customs, taxes, duties and tariffs. It all depends with the laws and regulations in your country. All the customs and taxes charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of order. These charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office, if you are ensure of the applicable taxes and custom fees that are relevant to you.
8.Payment
We accept, Visa, MasterCard, American Express payments. All the credit card payments are safe with iyzico which is a PayU company, one of the best software platform for internet payments. It has BDDK license and PCI Data Protection Standard certificate. See the sertificates below link;
